SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Katharos Club is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Katharos Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Katharos Club does not accept returns or issue refunds. Please carefully review product descriptions, photos, sizing information, and your order details before completing your purchase.

SIZE EXCHANGES

We accept size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with size exchanges.

If the requested size is unavailable, the item cannot be exchanged for a refund.

SALE ITEMS

All sale, promotional, and discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue.

If approved, Katharos Club will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
