HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

All Katharos Club sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY SIZE?

Yes. Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and have all original tags attached.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, and our team will help resolve the issue.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO ORDER?
